Job Duties

  • Greet all guests in a friendly, warm, and welcoming manner whether in person or over the phone
  • Create a welcoming environment as the first contact guests have when entering the community
  • Manage phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support community operations
  • Coordinate visitor check-ins and maintain visitor logs
  • Provide information and assistance to residents and their families
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
