Job Duties

  • Answer inquiries and offer suggestions to activities on and off property
  • Achieve expert knowledge on all property activities
  • Welcome Marriott elite guests to Concierge Lounge and provide appropriate mealtime items
  • Maintain a clean and orderly Concierge Lounge
  • Greet guests warmly and provide personalized assistance upon arrival and throughout their stay
  • Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to proper phone etiquette
  • Assist guests with reservations, concierge services, and guest relations to enhance their overall experience
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the club lounge area, ensuring a welcoming environment
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments such as front desk, restaurant services, and housekeeping to fulfill guest requests efficiently
  • Provide information about resort amenities, local attractions, dining options, and activities
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction
