Job Duties
- Answer inquiries and offer suggestions to activities on and off property
- Achieve expert knowledge on all property activities
- Welcome Marriott elite guests to Concierge Lounge and provide appropriate mealtime items
- Maintain a clean and orderly Concierge Lounge
- Greet guests warmly and provide personalized assistance upon arrival and throughout their stay
- Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to proper phone etiquette
- Assist guests with reservations, concierge services, and guest relations to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the club lounge area, ensuring a welcoming environment
- Coordinate with other hotel departments such as front desk, restaurant services, and housekeeping to fulfill guest requests efficiently
- Provide information about resort amenities, local attractions, dining options, and activities
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction
