  • Must possess the ability to handle stressful situations in a calm, professional manner
  • Strong computer skills
  • Opera PMS experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Embody the shared values of Hotel Drover
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and calmly deliver results in a demanding, fast paced environment
  • Offer a warm welcome and departure experience to our guests in accordance with the Company’s standards
  • Promptly answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
  • Respond promptly and thoughtfully to guest requests or complaints, and take appropriate action and follow up
  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers
  • Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities
  • Assist guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest
