Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • basic computer skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • passing a drug test excluding marijuana
  • compliance with tuberculosis testing and physical evaluation requirements
  • Covid-19 and Influenza vaccination as mandated by federal state and local laws

Job Duties

  • greet potential residents families and visitors
  • manage external and internal calls
  • take and communicate messages
  • provide community information to inquiries
  • assist the recruitment process with the Business Office Coordinator and HR designee
  • perform computer data entry
  • monitor the Bistro area for refreshments cleanliness and atmosphere
