Job Requirements
- Work authorization in the United States
- One to two years’ experience working as a concierge or within front office preferred
- Strong knowledge of the city to make recommendations
- Ability to multi-task on several items at once
- Member of Les Clefs d'Or preferred
- Knowledge of Opera preferred

Job Duties
- Make recommendations to guests based on their needs
- Personalize guests’ stay according to their reasons for visiting
- Arrange transportation, babysitters, dog walkers, flowers, etc.
- Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions and events
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Provide exceptional customer service
