Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to greet and interact professionally with residents, families, and visitors
  • strong communication skills
  • basic computer proficiency
  • ability to assist with recruitment and administrative tasks
  • pass pre-employment drug and health screenings
  • comply with vaccination requirements as applicable
  • commitment to supporting a positive community environment

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency with computer data entry
  • ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
  • familiarity with senior living communities is a plus
  • strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • greet potential residents, families, and visitors
  • manage external and internal calls
  • take and communicate messages
  • provide community information in support of the director of sales and executive director
  • assist with recruitment process and computer data entry
  • perform general administrative duties
  • monitor the bistro area for refreshments, cleanliness, and pleasant atmosphere
