Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must pass health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Ability to operate a personal computer and proficiency in MS Office programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to comply with COVID-19 safety protocols including vaccination and personal protective equipment use
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prefer two years of experience in hospitality or senior living community
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, healthcare professionals, residents, and families
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word and Excel
- Ability to manage multi-line telephone systems and business center operations
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors
- Answer telephones and direct calls promptly and professionally
- Monitor and respond to the Emergency Alert System calls
- Manage business center operations and process mail
- Maintain safety and security standards within the community
- Arrange property tours for prospective residents
- Collaborate with coworkers and other departments to encourage teamwork
