Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Must pass health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • Ability to operate a personal computer and proficiency in MS Office programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to comply with COVID-19 safety protocols including vaccination and personal protective equipment use

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prefer two years of experience in hospitality or senior living community
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, healthcare professionals, residents, and families
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word and Excel
  • Ability to manage multi-line telephone systems and business center operations

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors
  • Answer telephones and direct calls promptly and professionally
  • Monitor and respond to the Emergency Alert System calls
  • Manage business center operations and process mail
  • Maintain safety and security standards within the community
  • Arrange property tours for prospective residents
  • Collaborate with coworkers and other departments to encourage teamwork
