Job Duties
- Greet potential residents, families, and visitors warmly and professionally
- Manage external and internal phone calls and take messages accurately
- Provide community information to inquiries in support of the Director of Sales and Executive Director
- Assist the Business Office Coordinator/HR Designee with recruitment and administrative tasks
- Perform computer data entry and other general administrative duties
- Monitor the Bistro area for cleanliness, refreshments, and atmosphere
- Ensure a pleasant and welcoming environment for all visitors and residents
