Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • No related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift or transport objects up to 10 pounds
  • Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Attend to special service requests such as transportation, reservations, and laundry by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers
  • Address special needs of guests with exceptional requirements and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Gather, summarize, and provide guests with information about the hotel and surrounding amenities including special events
  • Attend, register, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
  • Contact appropriate person or department such as Bell Services or Housekeeping to resolve guest calls, requests, or issues
  • Review employee shift logs and daily memo books and document relevant information in records
  • Oversee seating availability, service, safety, and wellbeing of guests in the Club Lounge
