Job Requirements
- must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- ability to work in varying temperatures and environments with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
- capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding
- effective communication skills including talking and hearing
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality or similar role

Job Duties
- provide warm welcomes and fond farewells to members and guests
- manage phone calls with a friendly and professional tone
- oversee reservations for dining, programs, and services
- promote club events and assist with event registrations
- make outbound calls to new and at-risk members to ensure engagement
- assist with member communications including social media and newsletters
- maintain accurate member records and update the MemberFirst platform
