  • prior concierge services experience preferred
  • background or interest in music, art, or therapeutic activities preferred

Job Duties

  • Coordinates concierge schedule and daily tasks
  • maintains systems for secure storage and distribution of keys and key cards
  • provides administrative support for update and distribution of directories, concierge handbook, safety and emergency procedures, parking assignments, and training materials
  • listens to resident concerns and requests, guides to existing solutions, communicates issues to appropriate centers, and follows up to ensure positive experiences
  • maintains system to receive, record, store, and distribute information
  • provides transportation reservations
  • maintains daily check log and service log
  • completes incident reports for emergencies and communicates non-emergency information efficiently
  • ensures proper programming and functioning of emergency pendants, responds to pendant alarms, and monitors building entrances for safety and security
  • coordinates guest suite processes including reservations, check-in/out, key cards, housekeeping, calendars, reminders, and billing summaries
  • identifies areas for improvement and participates in quality assurance and process improvement activities
