- strong verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in computer use
- excellent customer service skills
- dependable and detail oriented
- ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and email

Job Duties
- greet guests as they enter the clubhouse
- answer member inquiries via email, phone and in person
