Job Duties
- Smile and extend a warm and friendly welcome to everyone entering the community
- offer beverages or snacks to individuals waiting in the lobby
- answer incoming telephone calls and direct them to proper personnel
- receive inquiries from visitors, residents, family members, and employees and refer them appropriately
- maintain current list of residents and resident registry
- receive and complete work orders for maintenance requests
- maintain daily check on all residents
- keep a resident absentee register
- have contractors, delivery persons, service men, and visitors sign in and out in a daily journal
- make copies and send fax copies for residents and staff as appropriate
- keep record of cash received at front desk including employee meals and postage copies
- submit cash records to bookkeeping monthly
- complete other tasks and assignments as directed by management
- appropriately address every individual leaving the community as directed by management
