Job Duties

  • Smile and extend a warm and friendly welcome to everyone entering the community
  • offer beverages or snacks to individuals waiting in the lobby
  • answer incoming telephone calls and direct them to proper personnel
  • receive inquiries from visitors, residents, family members, and employees and refer them appropriately
  • maintain current list of residents and resident registry
  • receive and complete work orders for maintenance requests
  • maintain daily check on all residents
  • keep a resident absentee register
  • have contractors, delivery persons, service men, and visitors sign in and out in a daily journal
  • make copies and send fax copies for residents and staff as appropriate
  • keep record of cash received at front desk including employee meals and postage copies
  • submit cash records to bookkeeping monthly
  • complete other tasks and assignments as directed by management
  • appropriately address every individual leaving the community as directed by management
