Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in customer service
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and enterprise software
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records
- Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to follow safety and emergency procedures
- Pass required health screenings and drug tests
Job Qualifications

- Proven customer service experience
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Sunrise applications
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to follow safety procedures and risk management protocols
- Experience with phone systems and appointment scheduling
Job Duties
- Oversee community entry area and greet visitors and residents warmly
- Manage telephone calls including answering, message taking, and directing calls appropriately
- Support sales and marketing by assisting with inquiries, recruitment, and lead tracking
- Maintain cleanliness and atmosphere in the Bistro area, including refreshments and music
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety protocols and risk management procedures
- Keep updated resident and team member records and handle administrative tasks such as meal ticket processing and mail distribution
- Participate in team engagement activities and training to uphold Sunrise service standards
