Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED
- Proven customer service experience
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and Sunrise applications with the ability to learn new applications
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational, time management, and follow-through skills
- Accurate record-keeping skills
- Good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
- Must complete and pass a drug test
- Must participate in required health testing such as Tuberculosis Test and Physical Evaluation
- Covid-19 and Influenza vaccinations as mandated by law
- Ability to sign and understand Driver job description if applicable

Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area for visitors, guests, and residents, extend a warm welcome and greeting, offer and provide beverages to visitors and guests, ensure community safety protocols are in place
- Contact the Director of Sales (DOS), Executive Director (ED), or Department Coordinator to meet with prospective residents, families, or visitors with minimal wait times
- Greet potential job candidates, direct them to apply online or capture their information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Answer incoming telephone calls and resident calls promptly with appropriate greetings and identification
- Take and communicate messages accurately
- Provide community overviews and direct callers appropriately
- Manage appointments for residents and family members such as hairdresser and transportation
- Send get well and sympathy cards, order memory flowers for residents who have passed
- Order flowers and name plates for new residents, and guest meals for resident move-in days
- Maintain marketing and move-in packet inventories
- Support sales inquiries and lead tracking in Customer Relationship Management
- Keep desk and entry area neat and organized
- Monitor and maintain the Bistro area cleanliness and supplies, including coffee, fruit, popcorn, and music
- Ensure front desk coverage when stepping away
- Collaborate on compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Practice safety procedures including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) use
- Maintain emergency rosters and champion the Safe Leaving Program
- Respond to emergencies per policies
- Ensure guests and residents sign in and out appropriately
- Update resident and team member information and logs
- Prepare and tally meal tickets and collect payments
- Organize and distribute mail and newspapers
- Post daily menus
- Maintain resident miscellaneous credit forms
- Assist with recruitment data entry and administrative tasks
- Order and track office supplies
- Distribute team member paychecks
- Participate actively in team engagements, meetings, and training
- Demonstrate the Team Member Credo and Principles of Service in daily interactions
- Perform other duties as assigned
