Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent previous customer service experience preferred ability to multitask and work under pressure strong interpersonal skills knowledge of local events and venues preferred proficient in reservation and information systems flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills strong customer service background ability to work in a fast-paced environment prior hospitality or concierge experience preferred genuine desire to satisfy guest needs good problem-solving skills attention to detail and professionalism
Job Duties
- Answering guest questions providing directions making detailed reservations giving personalized recommendations catering to special requests maintaining up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and local venues collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction managing transportation arrangements and assisting with event planning
