Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED
- Proven customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Sunrise applications
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Compliance with safety and regulatory procedures
- Availability to work scheduled shifts including evenings and weekends as specified
- Successful completion of pre-employment health screenings including drug test (excluding marijuana), tuberculosis test, and physical evaluation
- Covid-19 and influenza vaccination as required by law
Job Qualifications

- Ability to learn new computer applications
- Understanding of safety and regulatory compliance for team members who drive Sunrise vehicles (if applicable)

Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area for visitors, greet and offer beverages to guests, ensure community safety protocols are in place
- Contact director of sales, executive director, or department coordinator for prospective residents and ensure minimal wait times
- Greet potential career candidates and assist with the online application process or track applicant information
- Answer incoming telephone calls within two-three rings with appropriate greeting and identification
- Take and communicate complete messages with pertinent information
- Provide community overview to callers and direct calls appropriately
- Manage appointments for residents and family members such as hairdresser and transportation
- Send get well cards to hospitalized residents
- Order Memory Flower for residents who have passed away
- Send sympathy cards to families as needed
- Order flowers and name plates for new residents prior to move-in
- Order guest meals for resident and family on move-in day
- Maintain marketing and move-in packet inventory
- Support Director of Sales with initial inquiry calls and build interest
- Assist with Customer Relationship Management lead tracking
- Perform administrative duties related to resident move-in
- Keep desk and entry area neat and organized
- Monitor Bistro cleanliness, ensure refreshments and snacks are stocked and popcorn machine maintained
- Play music throughout the day
- Ensure front desk coverage when stepping away
- Partner with community to comply with health and safety regulations
- Practice safety procedures including PPE, fire extinguishers, SDS, lockout tagout
- Maintain resident and team member rosters for emergencies
- Champion Safe Leaving Program
- Respond to emergencies per policy
- Monitor guest and resident sign-in and sign-out
- Maintain high-risk elopement list with photo
- Update daily resident phone lists, rosters, and guest logs
- Prepare and tally meal tickets for staff and family
- Handle meal ticket money per business procedures
- Organize and distribute mail and newspapers
- Post daily menu on menu board
- Complete resident miscellaneous credit forms as directed
- Assist recruitment with data entry and administrative duties
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Track and disperse team member paychecks
- Participate actively in team goals and engagement programs
- Maintain compliance with required trainings
- Attend meetings as directed
- Perform other duties as assigned
