Job Requirements
- High school degree/GED
- Proven customer service experience
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and Sunrise applications
- Ability to learn new applications
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational, time management, and follow through skills
- Accurate record keeping abilities
- Good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to drive a Sunrise vehicle and sign Driver job description if applicable
- Ability to participate in required health and safety testing including drug test and physical evaluation
- Compliance with Covid-19 and Influenza vaccination mandates where applicable

- Knowledge of occupational health and safety compliance and risk management
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information responsibly
Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area for visitors, guests, and residents and extend a warm welcome
- Contact the Director of Sales, Executive Director, or Department Coordinator to meet with prospective residents, families, or visitors and ensure minimal wait times
- Greet potential candidates and direct them to apply online or capture their information into the Applicant Tracking System
- Answer incoming calls within two to three rings with appropriate community greetings and messages
- Take and communicate complete messages with pertinent information
- Provide community overview to callers and manage call transfers
- Manage appointments for residents and family members
- Send get well and sympathy cards and order Memory Flowers as needed
- Order flowers and nameplates for new residents and guest meals for move-in days
- Maintain marketing and move-in packet inventory
- Support the Director of Sales with inquiry calls and CRM lead tracking
- Keep front desk and Bistro areas clean, organized, and stocked with refreshments
- Ensure the safety protocols of the community are in place
- Partner with the community team to comply with health and safety regulations and promote Risk Management programs
- Maintain Resident and Team Member Rosters and schedules for emergency procedures
- Respond to emergencies according to policies and procedures
- Maintain records including phone lists, move-in/out registers, and sign-in logs
- Prepare and process meal tickets and money collection
- Organize and distribute mail and newspapers
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Track and disperse team member paychecks
- Participate actively in team meetings and engagement programs
- Maintain compliance with required training and perform other duties as assigned
