Job Duties

  • greet and assist residents, families, and visitors
  • manage front desk operations including phone and visitor management
  • coordinate community events and transportation services
  • maintain accurate records and manage administrative tasks
  • provide information and support to residents about community services
  • ensure a welcoming and safe environment
  • address resident concerns promptly and professionally
