Job Duties
- Attend guest requests for special arrangements or services such as transportation, reservations, or laundry service
- Attend special requests from guests with exceptional needs and ensure satisfaction
- Gather, summarize and provide information to guests about the hotel and nearby amenities including special events and activities
- Handle, record and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions or concerns
- Contact appropriate person or department as needed to resolve guest calls, requests or issues
- Monitor availability, service, safety and guest well-being in the club lounge
- Comply with company policies and procedures including professional appearance and confidentiality
