Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No prior related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • No licenses or certifications required
  • Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift or transport objects weighing up to 10 pounds
  • Willingness to comply with company policies and maintain a professional appearance

Job Duties

  • Attend guest requests for special arrangements or services such as transportation, reservations, or laundry service
  • Attend special requests from guests with exceptional needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Gather, summarize and provide information to guests about the hotel and nearby amenities including special events and activities
  • Handle, record and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions or concerns
  • Contact appropriate person or department as needed to resolve guest calls, requests or issues
  • Monitor availability, service, safety and guest well-being in the club lounge
  • Comply with company policies and procedures including professional appearance and confidentiality
