Job Requirements
- A diploma in hospitality or tourism management or a relevant field
- Ability to speak a second language fluently is an asset
- Working knowledge of Reserve or Opera software is an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Physical agility to stand or walk long periods
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Problem solving skills
- Well-groomed and professional appearance

Job Qualifications
- A minimum of a diploma in hospitality or tourism management or a relevant field

Job Duties
- Assist with responding to guest requests for special arrangements or services by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers
- Respond to special requests with unique needs and follow up with the guest or vendor to ensure satisfaction
- Accurately enter all guest requests and necessary information in Alice and Opera
- Monitor food and beverage outlets for seating availability, service, and overall feel
- Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests
- Provide gracious and efficient telephone service as it relates to general PBX services
- Review and note all special requests of guests
- Assist with the completion of all items on the daily checklist
- Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments and personnel
- Provide assistance to the front desk when needed
- Ensure the concierge desk and lobby are clean, organized, and tidy
- Maintain complete knowledge of the property, brand, and World of Hyatt program
- Perform all other related duties as required
