Job Requirements
- Work authorization in the United States
- One to two years’ experience working as a Concierge or within Front Office preferred
- Knowledge of Opera preferred
- Member of Les Clefs d’Or preferred
- Strong knowledge of the city to make recommendations
- Ability to multi-task on several items at once

Job Duties
- Make personalized recommendations to guests based on their needs and preferences
- Arrange various guest services such as transportation, babysitters, dog walkers, and flowers
- Enhance guests’ overall experience by tailoring services to their reasons for visiting
- Collaborate effectively with the Rooms Team to provide seamless guest service
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain extensive knowledge of Austin’s attractions, events, and amenities
- Uphold Four Seasons’ standards of luxury service and hospitality
