Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
- Make arrangements or identify appropriate providers for guest needs
- Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Gather and provide information about property and surrounding area amenities
- Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, and concerns
- Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest issues
- Review shift logs and document pertinent information
- Monitor club lounge seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- Assist individuals with disabilities
- Speak clearly and professionally
- Prepare and review written documents
- Develop positive working relationships with team members
- Comply with quality assurance standards
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
