Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of relevant experience preferred
  • Ability to work overnight weekend shifts
  • Passion for serving seniors with kindness and integrity
  • Effective multitasking and communication skills
  • Ability to hold oneself and team accountable to high standards
  • Capable of performing duties with caring and empathy

Job Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum of one year relevant experience in a related customer service or senior care role
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple directions
  • Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards seniors

  • Basic computer literacy
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Provide a welcoming and supportive presence to senior residents during overnight hours
  • Assist residents with various inquiries and needs promptly and courteously
  • Monitor safety and security of the premises throughout the shift
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with residents, families, and staff
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high service standards
  • Support team efforts by respecting and valuing colleagues
  • Uphold company values by demonstrating empathy, accountability, and teamwork
