Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in concierge or related guest services
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree is preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player with a positive work ethic
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced 24-hour hospitality environment
