Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests and residents in a warm and professional manner
  • Provide information about the property, local area, and available services
  • Assist with booking reservations, transportation, and event tickets as needed
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest and resident requests promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Manage mail and package deliveries
  • Address and resolve guest or resident concerns with professionalism and discretion
