Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements such as transportation, reservations, and laundry service
  • Address special needs of guests with exceptional requirements and ensure satisfaction
  • Provide guests with hotel information and local area attractions including events and activities
  • Receive, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, inquiries, or concerns
  • Contact appropriate personnel or departments to resolve guest issues
  • Review employee shift logs and daily memo books and document relevant information
  • Monitor seating availability, service, safety, and guest welfare in the club lounge
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions and participate in safety training and certification
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • Welcome all guests according to company standards, anticipate and attend to their service needs
  • Use clear and professional language in communication and handle telephones properly
  • Foster positive working relationships and support team objectives
  • Adhere to quality assurance expectations and standards
  • Stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods and move or lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
