Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements such as transportation, reservations, and laundry service
- Address special needs of guests with exceptional requirements and ensure satisfaction
- Provide guests with hotel information and local area attractions including events and activities
- Receive, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, inquiries, or concerns
- Contact appropriate personnel or departments to resolve guest issues
- Review employee shift logs and daily memo books and document relevant information
- Monitor seating availability, service, safety, and guest welfare in the club lounge
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions and participate in safety training and certification
- Comply with company policies and procedures, maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Welcome all guests according to company standards, anticipate and attend to their service needs
- Use clear and professional language in communication and handle telephones properly
- Foster positive working relationships and support team objectives
- Adhere to quality assurance expectations and standards
- Stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods and move or lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
