Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a customer service environment preferred
  • current cpr and first aid certifications required or willingness to obtain
  • excellent oral communication skills
  • excellent organizational skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks
  • ability to handle stress and act responsibly in emergencies
  • customer-focused problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • welcome and direct all residents and guests
  • answer resident questions
  • address simple resident needs
  • monitor emergency response and other community systems
  • receive and direct all incoming calls
  • maintain a resident-focused approach to problem solving
  • act responsibly with good judgment in emergencies
