Job Duties
- Act as a source of facility knowledge for clients, customers, and patients who seek information, guidance and assistance
- Provide concierge services to patients, visitors, guests etc.
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned which may differ among accounts depending on business needs and client requirements
- Maintain a warm and welcoming demeanor to enhance the visitor experience
- Support a healthy and safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
