Job Duties
- Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, anticipating their needs and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure process
- assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using the Property Management System (PMS) and hotel software
- provide clear directions and insights about hotel amenities, local attractions, and events
- identify potential guest concerns and resolve them efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality
- stay informed about room layouts, amenities, special promotions, and upcoming events to assist guests effectively
- arrange transportation, manage billing, and secure dining reservations for a seamless guest experience
- work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and exceptional level of service
- maintain a polished, professional demeanor while interacting with guests, associates, and vendors
