- One to two years experience working as a Concierge or within Front Office preferred
- Strong knowledge of Austin city to make accurate recommendations
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Work authorization in the United States

Job Duties
- Make customized recommendations to guests based on their individual needs and preferences
- Arrange various guest services including transportation, babysitters, dog walkers, and floral deliveries
- Personalize the overall guest experience by understanding the reasons for their stay
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay knowledgeable about Austin’s local attractions, events, and restaurants to advise guests accurately
- Manage multiple guest requests simultaneously with strong multitasking skills
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with guests and colleagues
