Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable working in a unionized environment
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation if vehicle operation is required
  • Computer literacy and effective communication skills both oral and written in English
  • Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws
  • Use of personal smartphone with updated software, password protection, and compliant with in-house security systems
  • Ability to use computer technology effectively, including Google Suite and MRI
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and climb stairs depending on property structure

  • Computer literacy and effective oral and written communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws

  • Ability to use technology effectively, including Google Suite and MRI software
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 15 pounds and climb stairs depending on property structure
  • Customer service experience with capability to handle complex situations professionally

Job Duties

  • Warmly welcoming residents, prospects, and guests, handling packages promptly and professionally
  • Answering phones with courtesy, preparing for self-guided tours, and proactively addressing customer needs
  • Providing resident services such as lockout assistance, transportation arrangements, and event support
  • Inspecting appearance of lobby for cleanliness (entrance windows/door/floors)
  • Facilitating routine service requests, promptly passing them to relevant personnel, and coordinating emergency responses
  • Ensuring timely entry of service requests and conducting routine inspections for organized common areas
  • Vigilantly monitoring security systems for a secure environment
  • Implementing security measures by securing sensitive information and locking computers when away
  • Working scheduled hours as assigned, including shifts Sunday to Thursday with Fridays and Saturdays off
