Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable working in a unionized environment
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation if vehicle operation is required
- Computer literacy and effective communication skills both oral and written in English
- Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws
- Use of personal smartphone with updated software, password protection, and compliant with in-house security systems
- Ability to use computer technology effectively, including Google Suite and MRI
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and climb stairs depending on property structure

- Computer literacy and effective oral and written communication skills in English

- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 15 pounds and climb stairs depending on property structure
- Customer service experience with capability to handle complex situations professionally
Job Duties
- Warmly welcoming residents, prospects, and guests, handling packages promptly and professionally
- Answering phones with courtesy, preparing for self-guided tours, and proactively addressing customer needs
- Providing resident services such as lockout assistance, transportation arrangements, and event support
- Inspecting appearance of lobby for cleanliness (entrance windows/door/floors)
- Facilitating routine service requests, promptly passing them to relevant personnel, and coordinating emergency responses
- Ensuring timely entry of service requests and conducting routine inspections for organized common areas
- Vigilantly monitoring security systems for a secure environment
- Implementing security measures by securing sensitive information and locking computers when away
- Working scheduled hours as assigned, including shifts Sunday to Thursday with Fridays and Saturdays off
