Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Prior hospitality or residential concierge experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years customer service experience
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours
  • Knowledge of the community and local area
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds and carry for short distances
  • Additional language skills are a plus

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • College diploma preferred
  • Prior hospitality experience
  • Experience in residential concierge or front desk roles
  • Minimum 2-3 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in data and computer skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders

Job Duties

  • Create a welcoming hospitable experience in the residential building assisting residents with their needs and questions
  • Greet all residents by name upon their arrival
  • Deliver the highest quality customer service
  • Act as the forward reception for potential residents during building tours and leasing inquiries
  • Inform residents about building events as directed
  • Maintain building security by registering guests and delivery personnel and announcing their arrival
  • Monitor building security via cameras and report necessary situations to management
  • Receive and address resident concerns and complaints regarding building issues
  • Communicate open complaint situations to building management
  • Manage packages using the building software and inform residents of arrivals
  • Conduct scheduled site rounds when assigned
  • Ensure residents and guests vacate amenity areas at closing times
  • Assist residents with using the building app for event and service sign-up
