Job Requirements

  • Part-time availability including Thursday, Friday, Saturday 4pm to 8pm and other shifts as needed
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • strong organizational skills
  • capacity to manage multiple responsibilities
  • ability to remain calm and use good judgment in emergency situations
  • willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification if not already certified
  • commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a customer service environment preferred
  • current CPR and First Aid certifications required or willingness to become certified
  • excellent oral communication skills including a clear speaking voice
  • excellent organizational skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • ability to handle stress and act responsibly with good judgment in emergencies
  • strong problem-solving skills using a resident and customer-focused approach

Job Duties

  • Welcome and direct residents and guests of the community
  • answer resident questions
  • address simple resident needs
  • monitor emergency response and other community systems
  • receive and direct all incoming calls
  • provide excellent customer service
  • maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
