Job Requirements

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience required
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of front desk, concierge, customer service, or other hospitality experience
  • Open and flexible work schedules
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, memos, and ask clarifying questions
  • Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people with a warm demeanor
  • Ability to apply a high level of attention to detail as well as strong verbal and written skills
  • Ability to work requiring significant walking or other mobility, including standing for extended periods, reaching, bending, stooping, pushing or pulling, and frequently lifting up to 40 lbs

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Be the first point of contact for all those entering the facility
  • Greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Record and log service requests and track the statuses
  • Provide administrative aid to management as needed
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor
  • Respond to requests in a timely manner
  • Deliver world-class customer service to all individuals in the facility
  • Encourage guests and tenants to refer personal and business associates to the location
  • Build and maintain a database of local business recommendations
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures
  • Notify appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building
  • Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors
  • Provide solutions in a professional customer service-driven manner
  • Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions
  • Establish new techniques to help the team meet its objectives
  • Ensure personal and team outcomes positively impact customer objectives
  • Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values
  • Guide team through the application of practices and procedures
  • Work to build consensus
