Job Requirements
- Must be eighteen years of age
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Prefer two years experience in hospitality or senior living community
- Able to safely operate household equipment
- Able to operate a personal computer and proficient in MS Office
- Able to operate standard office equipment
- Knowledge of assisted living and dementia care or ability to learn
- Able to work with seniors and cognitively impaired individuals
- Able to be flexible and adapt to change
- Able to follow written or oral instructions
- Able to analyze and solve problems
- Able to count and perform simple math
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Able to obtain and maintain valid first aid certification
- Able to obtain and maintain valid Food Handler's certification as needed
- Be physically mobile and able to perform job physical requirements
- Good physical health verified by health screening and chest x-ray or intradermal test within required timeframe

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests and visitors
- Greet residents and visitors and provide property information
- Answer telephones and direct calls or relay messages
- Assist residents and guests with general requests
- Respond to emergency calls and notify appropriate personnel
- Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond promptly
- Handle mail meter, postage, copying, and business center requests
- Arrange wake-up calls, personal errands, and concierge services
- Maintain the front desk and lobby area
- Complete all opening and closing duties accurately and timely
- Perform clerical duties for the property staff
- Display knowledge of property services and programs
- Arrange tours for visitors
- Update and assemble marketing packets
- Take reservations for activities, transportation and dining
- Arrange valet car parking and retrieval
- Record and deliver maintenance work order requests
