Job Requirements

- No previous work experience required
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for entire work shift
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 10 pounds

- Ability to provide exceptional guest service in a luxury hospitality environment

Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
- Arrange transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning
- Provide information about property amenities and surrounding area attractions
- Answer and process all guest calls, messages, requests, and concerns
- Coordinate with other departments like Bellperson and Housekeeping to resolve guest issues
- Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
- Document and communicate pertinent information in shift logs and memo books
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
- Follow all company policies and maintain professional appearance
- Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate and address service needs
- Assist individuals with disabilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships
- Comply with quality assurance standards
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Perform other duties as requested by supervisors
