Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • No previous work experience required
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for entire work shift
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 10 pounds
  • Willingness to follow company policies and safety protocols
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional guest service in a luxury hospitality environment

Job Duties

  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
  • Arrange transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning
  • Provide information about property amenities and surrounding area attractions
  • Answer and process all guest calls, messages, requests, and concerns
  • Coordinate with other departments like Bellperson and Housekeeping to resolve guest issues
  • Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
  • Document and communicate pertinent information in shift logs and memo books
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
  • Follow all company policies and maintain professional appearance
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate and address service needs
  • Assist individuals with disabilities
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships
  • Comply with quality assurance standards
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Perform other duties as requested by supervisors
