Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED
- Proven customer service experience and skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and other Sunrise applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including Sunday to Saturday with varying shifts
- First Aid and CPR certification required
- Ability to perform multiple priorities and maintain accurate record keeping
- Good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to comply with community safety and risk management policies
- Ability to maintain resident and team member rosters and schedules for emergency purposes
- Capability to handle the physical and mental demands of the role.

Job Duties
- Greet residents, families, visitors, and potential candidates with a warm welcome
- Manage community entry area including offering refreshments and maintaining a pleasant atmosphere
- Answer and manage incoming calls, take and communicate messages promptly
- Support the Director of Sales with inquiries and recruitment assistance
- Oversee Bistro area cleanliness, restock snacks and beverages, and ensure music is playing
- Maintain resident and team member rosters, schedules, and emergency documentation
- Enforce community safety protocols and assist in risk management compliance.
