Job Requirements

  • High school degree or GED
  • Proven customer service experience and skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and other Sunrise applications
  • Ability to work flexible hours including Sunday to Saturday with varying shifts
  • First Aid and CPR certification required
  • Ability to perform multiple priorities and maintain accurate record keeping
  • Good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to comply with community safety and risk management policies
  • Ability to maintain resident and team member rosters and schedules for emergency purposes
  • Capability to handle the physical and mental demands of the role.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in administrative support or receptionist duties preferred

  • Previous experience in senior living or related healthcare setting is a plus.

Job Duties

  • Greet residents, families, visitors, and potential candidates with a warm welcome
  • Manage community entry area including offering refreshments and maintaining a pleasant atmosphere
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, take and communicate messages promptly
  • Support the Director of Sales with inquiries and recruitment assistance
  • Oversee Bistro area cleanliness, restock snacks and beverages, and ensure music is playing
  • Maintain resident and team member rosters, schedules, and emergency documentation
  • Enforce community safety protocols and assist in risk management compliance.
