Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • hospitality experience preferred
  • effective written and verbal communication skills
  • excellent customer service skills including conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
  • ability to operate computer hardware and software including Microsoft Office Suite
  • ability to maintain composure and use good judgement during emergency and stressful situations
  • ability to lift 30lbs following safety procedures
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to walk and climb stairs
  • ability to navigate the property and building as required
  • ability to type and use computer monitor extensively
  • ability to handle, grasp, feel, reach with hands and arms
  • ability to repeat various motions with wrists, hands and fingers
  • ability to hear, understand and respond appropriately to verbal requests in person and over the phone
  • ability to stoop and bend

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • college level courses in business and hospitality preferred
  • 1+ years of hospitality experience preferred
  • effective written and verbal communication skills
  • excellent customer service skills including strong conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
  • ability to project a professional and knowledgeable demeanor
  • intermediate command of computer hardware and software, specifically Microsoft Office Suite
  • excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to prioritize tasks
  • ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • multiple language fluency is desirable, but not necessary

Job Duties

  • Answer phone and greet residents and guests upon entry
  • respond to requests, questions and any other needs
  • document issues or transactions as needed
  • develop knowledge of surrounding areas and attractions
  • keep track of activity logs and incident reports, records and forms for the Community Association Manager's review daily
  • demonstrate excellent customer service, communication and time management skills
  • monitor Emergency Response System and respond in a timely and efficient manner within hours of notification
  • monitor and control Electronic Security Control Systems if applicable
  • log in all packages and track them through to pick-up by recipient
  • follow up on all complaints or issues notifying Community Association Manager as necessary
  • ensure all safety precautions and procedures are followed while performing duties
  • assist with resident notifications or special events
  • process work orders and file resident documents and invoices, if applicable
  • perform any other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
