Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- must read, write, speak and understand English
- computer literate
- must dress professionally as directed by management
- patient, tactful, enthusiastic and positive attitude toward the elderly

Job Duties
- Smiles and extends a warm and friendly welcome to everyone entering the community
- offers refreshments to individuals waiting in the lobby
- answers incoming telephone calls and directs them to the proper department
- receives inquiries from visitors, residents, family members, and employees and directs them to appropriate personnel
- maintains current list of residents and resident registry
- receives and processes maintenance work requests and completes work orders
- performs daily checks on all residents
- maintains a resident absentee register
- monitors sign-in and sign-out of outside contractors, deliverymen, service men, and visitors
- makes copies and sends faxes for residents and staff as appropriate
- keeps record of all cash received at front desk for various services and submits to bookkeeping monthly
- performs any other tasks or projects as assigned by management
- addresses individuals leaving the community as directed by management
