Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or similar role
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in computer applications including email and database management
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Must be able to work flexible hours as needed
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Must be personable and courteous

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a customer service or concierge role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with standard office software and ability to learn specialized software
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

  • Reliable and professional demeanor

Job Duties

  • Provides general information and guidance to visitors related to events, venues and directions to approved areas
  • Will utilize a courteous demeanor for all incoming calls and route to appropriate entities
  • Will utilize a high degree of proficiency to ensure all visitors are screened
  • Access to residences must be approved prior to moving through common areas of campus
  • Able to utilize a variety of software programs to complete assigned tasks associated with leaves of absences, guest suite reservations and transportation services
  • Ensures timely documentation of such services
  • Is aware of the Presbyterian Homes Corporate Compliance policies including those having to do with confidentiality and security of information, and concern for the well-being of residents and patients
  • Demonstrates behaviors and completes work in a manner consistent with those policies
  • Expeditiously reports any emergencies to the appropriate entities to maximize the safety of the resident, associate and campus
  • Assists in scheduling transportation services for residents of LFP through internal shuttle service and/or approved third party provider, (LYFT, Brite LYFT)
  • Assures work environment is kept cleaned and organized and all materials disseminated to the public meet the quality criteria of LFP
  • Will insure the timely completion of all RELIAS trainings pursuant to schedule assigned
  • May assist in facilitating program/activity reservations as approved by the Community Life Administrator or their designee
  • May assist in facilitating package delivery of resident items including packages, floral arrangements or other perishable items or dry cleaning
