Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum two years of customer service experience in a retail environment
- Ability to travel reliably to Tukwila and Northgate for training
- Ability to work varying schedule including Saturdays
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient PC skills
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods

Job Duties
- Welcome members with warmth
- Streamline branch traffic by connecting members to appropriate staff
- Coordinate and track appointments for location staff
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked member-friendly environment
- Demonstrate and educate members on BECU's remote services and access tools
