Job Duties
- welcoming resident guests
- managing after hours package pickup
- addressing resident inquiries and concerns
- updating communication logs on active buildings
- providing resources to customers and creating an open and welcoming environment
- acquiring broad knowledge of the community and surrounding area
- building strong relationships with members of the apartment community
- marketing the property
- maintaining positive relationships with residents
- assisting with on and off site resident events and initiatives
- posting on social media
- ensuring the community amenities area has proper inventory
- proactive communication with management for issues or concerns
- reviewing the activity log and ready to begin work at shift commencement
- maintaining confidentiality
- adhering to property guidelines and standards
- maintaining work area presentation
- answering the concierge phone line
