Job Duties

  • welcoming resident guests
  • managing after hours package pickup
  • addressing resident inquiries and concerns
  • updating communication logs on active buildings
  • providing resources to customers and creating an open and welcoming environment
  • acquiring broad knowledge of the community and surrounding area
  • building strong relationships with members of the apartment community
  • marketing the property
  • maintaining positive relationships with residents
  • assisting with on and off site resident events and initiatives
  • posting on social media
  • ensuring the community amenities area has proper inventory
  • proactive communication with management for issues or concerns
  • reviewing the activity log and ready to begin work at shift commencement
  • maintaining confidentiality
  • adhering to property guidelines and standards
  • maintaining work area presentation
  • answering the concierge phone line
