  • Customer service experience
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Job Duties

  • Oversee the community entry area, greet visitors and residents, ensure safety protocols are followed
  • Contact the Director of Sales, Executive Director, or coordinators to assist visitors
  • Greet job candidates and assist with recruitment process
  • Answer and manage incoming calls and messages
  • Manage appointments for residents and family members
  • Maintain cleanliness and supplies in the Bistro area
  • Partner with team to ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Respond to emergencies as per policy
  • Maintain resident and team member records
  • Assist with marketing and administrative duties
  • Support team engagement and training efforts
