Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area, greet visitors and residents, ensure safety protocols are followed
- Contact the Director of Sales, Executive Director, or coordinators to assist visitors
- Greet job candidates and assist with recruitment process
- Answer and manage incoming calls and messages
- Manage appointments for residents and family members
- Maintain cleanliness and supplies in the Bistro area
- Partner with team to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Respond to emergencies as per policy
- Maintain resident and team member records
- Assist with marketing and administrative duties
- Support team engagement and training efforts
