Job Requirements

  • ability to lift 30lbs following safety procedures
  • ability to work in upright standing position for long periods

  • ability to navigate the property/building
  • manual dexterity for typing and computer use
  • ability to handle, grasp, and feel objects and equipment
  • ability to reach with hands and arms
  • repetitive wrist, hand, and finger motions
  • ability to hear, understand, and respond verbally
  • ability to stoop and bend

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • college level courses in business and hospitality preferred
  • 1+ years of hospitality experience preferred
  • effective written and verbal communication skills
  • excellent customer service skills including conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
  • ability to project a professional and knowledgeable demeanor
  • intermediate command of Microsoft Office Suite
  • excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to prioritize tasks
  • ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • multiple language fluency desirable but not necessary

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and guests upon entry
  • respond to requests, questions, and other needs
  • make reservations and provide recommendations for restaurants, bars, and clubs
  • document issues or transactions as needed
  • develop an understanding of Association policies and escalation procedures
  • monitor emergency response systems and respond promptly
  • maintain activity logs and incident reports for Property Manager review
  • escalate issues to Property Manager when necessary
  • log and track packages until delivery or pick-up
  • perform other assigned duties
