Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • passing of mandatory drug test excluding marijuana
  • completion of health screenings including tuberculosis test and physical evaluation
  • compliance with Covid-19 and influenza vaccination mandates as required by federal, state, and local laws
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to assist with various administrative tasks

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • customer service experience preferred
  • proficiency with basic computer applications
  • ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • friendly and professional demeanor
  • previous experience in a hospitality or senior living environment is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet potential residents, families, and visitors warmly
  • manage both external and internal phone calls effectively
  • take and communicate messages promptly
  • provide community information to inquiries supporting the Director of Sales and Executive Director
  • assist the Business Office Coordinator and HR Designee in recruitment and administrative duties
  • monitor the Bistro area for refreshments, cleanliness, and music to ensure a pleasant atmosphere
  • perform general administrative tasks such as computer data entry
