Job Duties

  • Greeting and directing visitors
  • managing all incoming phone calls and transferring them to the appropriate person or department
  • providing comprehensive administrative support including mail and delivery management, faxing, scanning, and preparing training materials and schedules
  • maintaining the reception area to ensure it is always clean, tidy, and welcoming
  • assisting with community readiness for inspections by maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with policies and emergency preparedness
  • building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members
