Job Duties

  • greet and welcome residents, family members, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • manage front desk operations including answering phones and directing inquiries
  • coordinate appointments, events, and transportation services for residents
  • maintain a high level of organization in managing resident information and community schedules
  • handle resident requests and concerns with patience and empathy ensuring prompt resolution
  • provide information about community services, events, and activities to residents and visitors
  • collaborate with team members to support the overall community operations and resident satisfaction
