Job Duties
- greet and welcome residents, family members, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- manage front desk operations including answering phones and directing inquiries
- coordinate appointments, events, and transportation services for residents
- maintain a high level of organization in managing resident information and community schedules
- handle resident requests and concerns with patience and empathy ensuring prompt resolution
- provide information about community services, events, and activities to residents and visitors
- collaborate with team members to support the overall community operations and resident satisfaction
