Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
- Make arrangements or identify appropriate providers for guest services
- Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about property amenities and surrounding area
- Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
- Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest issues
- Review shift logs and document pertinent information
- Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests
- Report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain professional appearance and protect company assets
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests per company standards
- Anticipate and address guests' service needs
- Assist individuals with disabilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships
- Comply with quality assurance standards
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Move objects under 10 pounds without assistance
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested
