Job Duties

  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
  • Make arrangements or identify appropriate providers for guest services
  • Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about property amenities and surrounding area
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
  • Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest issues
  • Review shift logs and document pertinent information
  • Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests
  • Report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Maintain professional appearance and protect company assets
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests per company standards
  • Anticipate and address guests' service needs
  • Assist individuals with disabilities
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships
  • Comply with quality assurance standards
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Move objects under 10 pounds without assistance
  • Perform other reasonable duties as requested
