Job Requirements
- A high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification is required
- A minimum 1-year experience in customer experience or relative administrative experience is required
- Ability to obtain and maintain an airport security badge may be required if applicable
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal is helpful
- Ability to operate and use a multiline telephone is helpful
- Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor, listen to instructions, and interpersonal skills is helpful

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable Customer Business Center
- Coordinate customer needs and requests to ensure excellent service
- Follow proper phone procedures and keep the refreshment area stocked
- Greet customers warmly and provide assigned workspaces and internet access
- Assist with reservations and offer information on local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Oversee visitor sign-ins, badge issuance, courtesy car usage, and track flights
- Maintain customer data in Salesforce, update visitor logs, process purchase orders, and handle payments
